Box Pro Medium - Tutorial
Step-by-step guide to packing your MTB, E-Bike or Gravel with the Box Pro Medium. Complete kit with perforated supports and velcro straps.

Steps
- 1
Remove the wheels and handlebars. Take off the pedals. Lower the seatpost.
- 2
Open the Box Pro Medium from its flat-pack and assemble it following the QR code tutorial.
- 3
Insert the 2 perforated supports for the frame and wheels in the indicated positions.
- 4
Place the bike on the support and secure it with the velcro straps. Attach the handlebar cover.
- 5
Place the pedals in the included pedal storage box. Add the reinforcement panels on the sides.
- 6
Close the box and seal it with adhesive tape. Attach the shipping label.

Box Pro Small - Tutorial
Guide to packing road bikes, Trial and BMX with the Box Pro Small. Compact kit with perforated panel and pedal storage box.

Steps
- 1
Remove the wheels, handlebars and pedals. Rotate the handlebar parallel to the frame.
- 2
Open the Box Pro Small and assemble it. Insert the perforated panel for the frame.
- 3
Place the bike on the perforated panel and secure the frame with the velcro straps.
- 4
Place the pedals in the pedal storage box. Add the 2 side reinforcement panels.
- 5
Close the box and seal it with adhesive tape. Attach the shipping label.

Bikeflip Box - Tutorial
The complete guide to packing your bike with the standard Bikeflip Box. Available in Small, Medium and Large.

Steps
- 1
Remove the wheels, handlebars and saddle. Take off the pedals if needed.
- 2
Wrap the frame and components with the protective bubble wrap included in the kit.
- 3
Assemble the Bikeflip Box following the instructions printed on the cardboard.
- 4
Place the bike inside the box. Fill any gaps with bubble wrap to prevent movement.
- 5
Close and seal the box with the included adhesive tape. Attach the shipping label.
